Cong. Simeon G. Toribio Memorial Hospital (CSGTMH) is a primary-level district health facility located in Poblacion, Carmen, Bohol. Managed and operated under the Bohol Provincial Health Office (PHO), CSGTMH is dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate, and accessible inpatient and outpatient healthcare services to the communities of central Bohol.
