Resbakuna Kid

Resbakuna Kid

The Bohol Provincial Health Office commenced its pilot implementation of COVID-19 vaccination for children aged 5 to 11 years old today, February 16, through the “Resbakuna Kids” campaign of the DOH.A reformulated Pfizer vaccine is being used for the vaccination of the pediatric group as this is the only shot that has received emergency use approval for kids aged 5 to 11 years from the Philippines’ Food and Drug Administration. Our PHO health workers sported the event with a festive air to make the children feel at ease. The site was filled with colorful balloons, while free loot bags were given.A total of 79 kids were inoculated for the first day of this 2-day activity. This is also made possible by the support and collaboration of our health partners from GCGMH, TaRSIER 117 and the ROTC and medical team of BISU.A jab well done!”Una Ang Serbisyo sa PHO”#BuhatAngPasultion#BayanihanBakunahan
