In partnership with Child Fund, LAUM Bohol, PDRRMO, and volunteers from Pagpakabuhi, the Bohol Provincial Health Office recently concluded a capacity building training on Mental Health and Psychological Support Services and Psychological First Aide for Children, Adolescents and Carers to the employees of LGU Ubay on March 8 and 9.

The following next two days after the training, a rollout application of the learnings was cascaded at Barangay Tapon in Ubay participated by its MSWDO, daycare workers, BHWs, youth leaders, DepEd teachers, MDRRMO, MHO, and the RHU’s public health nurse.”Sa PHO Una Ang Serbisyo”#BuhatAngPasultion

Directly observed therapy (DOT) is used to ensure the person receives and takes all medications as prescribed and to monitor response to treatment. March 13, 2022 – A successful Medical Mission and COVID-19 Vaccination was facilitated by the 47th Infantry Katapatan Battalion at its headquarters located at Camp Rajah Sikatuna in Carmen town.Actively participating in the provision of various health services during the activity were the Bohol Provincial Health Office headed by Dr. Cesar Tomas Lopez together with Dr. Emerson Mateo and PHO’s mobile vaccination team; Dr. Josephine Jabonillo and Dr. Daisy Dabalos joined Mr. Jesus Noroño Jr and the rest of the Medical Outreach Unit; and the circumcision team led by third district board member Dr. Elpidio Bonita.Members of the Junior Chamber International (JCI) Boholana Kisses also graced the event headed by second district board member, Honorable Frans Gelaine Garcia Devenosa together with Ms. Zoila Jean Cenabre, and volunteer doctors Dr. Venalyn A.
